Dmitrii, Palisade’s Research Lead, seeks a force multiplier. As their PA, you’ll operate autonomously and with discretion, with the mandate to unblock them and let them do their best work.

What you’ll do

• Take full ownership of complex long-term personal projects and drive them forward proactively with minimal oversight.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in D’s workflow and fix them.
• Fight with bureaucracy on D’s behalf and with LLMs help.
• Manage D’s email inbox, schedule meetings with external collaborators, send follow-ups.

Our collaboration process

• You will report directly to the Research Lead.
• We value autonomy and proactivity; you will be expected to manage your own tasks and drive projects to completion independently.
• We default to asynchronous communication with structured updates on progress, blockers, and things to pay attention to.
• While primarily focused on personal support, you'll operate within Palisade's fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.
• You will handle confidential personal information with discretion.
